I'll Be Your Super Hero

Through the MEXAM NW Festival 2026, the Consulate of Mexico in Seattle is delighted to share Seattle Children’s Theatre's production of I’ll Be Your Superhero with the community. a heartfelt world premiere running from October 15 through November 1, 2026. Written by José Casas and directed by Cuban American director Dámaso Rodríguez, the production tells the story of Xavier, a 10-year-old boy, and his uncle John John, a former Marine, as they navigate family, identity, trust, and the challenges of building a new relationship. As part of this collaboration, the Consulate of Mexico will also host a Consular Protection information table at the theatre on a designated day, where community members can receive guidance on the services offered by the Consulate.
